Penguins don't have prisons, but there is a very famous one just off the coast of San Francisco that Phil has wanted to visit for a long time. This year he finally got to go to "The Rock". Here are some of the pictures he took at Alcatraz Island. Looks like a nice place, now that all the bad people are gone.
