Two things we don't have down here in Antarctica, flowers and a concept of time. So you can imagine we don't need a clock or flowers to make one out of.

About 10 miles northeast of the Falls, at the end of the WEGO public transportation system for the area is the Niagara Floral Clock.
The actual clock itself has been maintained by Ontario Hydro since its inception in 1950. The flower face is managed by the Niagara Falls horticulture staff.
The face is changed at least once a year.
